Italy’s islands
Italy is one of the most attractive and popular tourist destinations in Europe. Undiscovered places still exist, however, especially away from the mainland. The aim of the three-part series “INSELN ITALIENS” is to find out more about some of the most beautiful and varied 200 or more of the country’s islands. Their geological origins as well as their flora and fauna make each of the islands unique. The documentary series presents Sicily, the Lipari Islands and the Isole Tremiti.
