Eine Familie landet bei einem Segeltörn in der Karibik erst in den Händen eines zwielichtigen Skippers, wird dann von Piraten aufgebracht und strandet schließlich auf einer einsamen Insel. Dort kämpft sie gegen die Widrigkeiten der Natur und muss lernen zusammenzuhalten. Am Ende gelingt es ihnen gemeinsam mit dem Skipper, das Boot von den Piraten zurückzuerobern und wieder in die Zivilisation zurückzukehren.
The pirate island - family overboard
During a sailing cruise in the Caribbean a family first falls prey to a dubious skipper, is then captured by pirates, and is finally stranded on a desert island. Battling against the adversities of nature, the family must learn to live and work together as a team. Together with the skipper, they finally manage to reclaim their boat from the pirates and return to civilisation.
