Olaf Grauschmitt works for Microsoft since 2006. After starting in the Developer Platform and Strategy Group he changed roles and run the CSR / e-skills campaign “IT Fitness” as project lead. “IT Fitness” promotes basic IT Skills and know-how for a breadth audience. IT Fitness´ goal is to have 4 Mio people in Germany touched and trained with basic e-skills until spring 2011. A very successful IT Fitness project was the development of a serious game called “Agent Attack IT” with the goal to implement this game in class and out of class as a learning and fun resource. Before his time at Microsoft Olaf Grauschmitt worked as an attorney at law specialized in IT-, IP-, Media- and Commercial Law.
